• How to size your design: We recommend four different sizes...

1. Extra-small logos: up to 3.2” x 2.5”
2. Small logos: up to 5.5” x 4.1”
3. Medium logos: up to 8.75” x 5.5” or 11.5” x 4.1”
4. Large logos: up to 11.5” x 8.75” or 18” x 5.5”

Common sizing questions:

• How big is a standard left-chest logo? Small Logo size is popular, up to 4x4 inches
• How big should a center-front logo be?  Medium to Large size (see above dimensions)

• What are your most common design and print locations?
• extra-small and small standard logo sizes
• Many customers use these sizes for left chest, back of the neck, end of the sleeve or the upper leg. We can also apply them onto smaller items like headbands, bags, totes, caps and even face masks

• What is your turn around / delivery time frame?
• we can turn around most orders in 10 business days* after you place your order with us
• we will work with you on a custom timeline that fits your specific project needs
• *10 business days is an average so it could be less than 10 days or more than 10 days

• Do you stock extras in case I run out or need more stuff in a pinch?
• For Bulk Orders, we always make a couple extra logos. Inevitably, there are times when we have customers come back looking for a few more pieces after their initial order is delivered because their audience either missed the deadline to order or they saw other people’s apparel and just had to have it. This convenience is a value we offer to customers at no additional charge!

• What kind of ink do you use to make prints?
• We use heat-transfer logos, which are a mix of solvents, oils, pigments, dyes, resins, lubricants, solubilizers, surfactants, adhesives and more. (Don’t worry! All of the ingredients that go into making the prints are safe and certified according to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act)
• Unlike traditional screen print shops, the great value Odom Designs offers from our heat transfer system is we can resize your artwork with the same colors for a different garment and not have to charge you for a new screen or color matching!

• Is Odom Designs Company a reliable partner?
• How do you prove that something is reliable? 
  Better yet, how do you measure the reliability of something? Typically, we’d consider a person reliable if they meet their commitments, or if the information they share with us is accurate more times than not. We may even find ourselves weighing the information or misinformation that a person gives us when measuring their reliability. Most of us would check the online reviews provided by other people who have done business with us. However, those reviews can also be skewed because of our inclination to provide a good or bad review solely on the fact that the product did or didn’t meet our expectations, not necessarily whether it was reliable. So, are we reliable? YES and we guarantee it.

1. BODY LENGTH: Lay a t-shirt flat (face down). Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to bottom of the front hem.

2. BODY WIDTH: Lay a t-shirt flat. 1" below the armhole flat measure the garment across the chest.

3. SLEEVE LENGTH: Lay a t-shirt flat(face down). Measure from center back neck to outer edge of shoulder seam, then along outer edge to sleeve end.

  Cancellations will not be accepted once you have Ordered and 24 hours have passed.

  Returns

  Due to the nature of custom printed items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any printed items unless the printed items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

  In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body types and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit you, please be sure to look at the sizing chart(s) attached to each listing in the Store. You may also call or email us with your sizing questions and we'd be happy to help you.

  Odom Design Company is not responsible nor will accept returns for the purchase of incorrect size(s).

  If your printed item(s) are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your printed item(s).

  We will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit.
